Service overview
Kavka provides AI generated learning plans, quizzes, and code practice tasks. The service is for educational and defensive use only.
Eligibility and accounts
You must be old enough to form a binding contract where you live. Accounts are optional, but some features require sign in. You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for all activity under your account.
Acceptable use
You agree to use Kavka for defensive, ethical learning only. You must not request or attempt to generate offensive security guidance or illegal content.
- No malware, phishing, or exploitation requests.
- No attempts to bypass rate limits or abuse the API.
- No use that violates laws or third party rights.
AI output and responsibility
AI generated content can be incomplete or inaccurate. You are responsible for verifying results before using them in real systems. Kavka does not provide professional advice.
Plans, billing, and limits
Kavka offers free and paid plans. Usage limits, features, and pricing are described on the Pricing page and enforced automatically. Payments are handled by PayPro and may require additional terms from the payment provider.
Local data and backups
Your plans and progress are stored on your device using local browser storage. If you clear site data, your progress is removed. You are responsible for any backups you need.
Content and intellectual property
Kavka and its branding are owned by us and are protected by intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of your inputs, and you grant us permission to process them to provide the service.
Availability and changes
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the service at any time. We may also update these terms and will post the latest version on this page.
Limitation of liability
The service is provided as is, without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Kavka is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages.
